Policy of exchanges and returns

You can buy with peace of mind in the store, your purchase is protected by our return policy.

You can request the return of products or money without charge in the following cases:

  1. If you receive a different product than the one you ordered.
  2. If the ordered product (s) arrive with breaks.
  3. If any of the products is expired.

 

In the cases mentioned above, you will be able to request an exchange or refund of money for your purchase at no additional cost by sending an email to tienda@soloboca.com with a photo and description of the problem. 

We will send the change the next day of delivery in the area of your home. 

It is important that you keep the original packaging of the products since we will take the return if it is in the same condition in which it was sent.

 

Important: We do not offer exachanges or returns if you did not like the product or it was not what you expected.
